Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 12-24 hours. Delivery times begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 14-21 days worldwide and is free. Express shipping usually takes 7-14 days and costs $19.99.

Every order includes full tracking, so you can follow the package after dispatch.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges can be processed within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original condition.

Are the products authentic?

Yes. Items are sourced and checked before shipping. Product pages are built to show the shape, materials, graphics, stitching, hardware, and finish as clearly as possible.

Will it look the same in real life as the photos?

Product photos show the item details and overall styling so you can review the piece before checkout. Small natural variations in lighting, materials, or finish may occur.

Choose your usual size for a standard fit. If you are between sizes or prefer an oversized look, consider sizing up.

For the best fit, compare the product measurements with a similar item you already own. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help you choose.
